These awards recognise and reward individuals that shine their light so brightly for others and allow the true beauty of our industry to sparkle bright.

Hailed as the people’s award for contribution, the tpot awards are for those that give back amidst their community. Individuals that go up and above to serve and demonstrate that the power of touch is, and always will be our greatest gift.

Our Award Categories

Inspirational Leader

An award for INSPIRATIONAL LEADER for those that lead with their heart and demonstrate the true meaning of a people led business.

This individual must be in a position of management or directorship and manage a team of six people or more.

We’ll be looking that this inspirational leader has:

  • Initiated or led a community outreach programme in the community that has made an evidential impact in to the lives of many community members and their family and friends
  • Has inspired their team to work from the heart and shows evidence of caring for their team more than just adding to the bottom line profits in a true win / win approach
  • Is dedicated to self development, collaboration and connection for the greater good of all and gives back regularly

Inspirational Trainer

An award for a trainer that ignites passion and purpose in those they teach, setting a chain reaction of contagious positivity that has far reaching impact.

This individual must be in a training position for either a further education or private industry related training company or brand.

We’ll be looking for evidence that this inspirational trainer:

  • Inspires individuals to break out of their comfort zones and reach higher
  • Nurtures and nourishes excellence and demonstrates a passion for their learners and a genuine desire to see them excel
  • Ignites passion in their learners that sees those learners return to their work environment more focused on giving back within their teams and communities
  • Goes up and beyond to connect and collaborate for the greater good of the industry
  • Initiates activity that promotes wellbeing in the community and supports the education and empowerment of wellbeing to those who are less able or have less accessibility

Inspirational Therapist - Employed

An award to recognise an employed therapist who practises with the purest of intentions and gives time, energy and effort in bringing about meaningful results.

This individual must be a part time or full-time employed practising beauty or complementary therapist holding a recognised qualification to a level 3 standard or higher.

We’ll be looking for evidence that this inspirational therapist is:

  • An individual who is moved to discover the uniqueness of each and every guest. Running their column based on who they have in not what they have in
  • An individual that uses their time to deliver the absolute best experience for their guest each and every time
  • An exceptional therapist that knows the end of the treatment is not the end of the connection and shows continual care and follow up past the till register
  • An individual who gives back in the community through volunteering treatments and support
  • Self motivated to learn, grow and develop
  • An individual admired by her colleagues for always having a big heart, warm hands and open door
  • That evidences her ability to serve for the good of all

Inspirational Therapist - Freelance

An award to recognise a therapist who practises with the purest of intentions and gives time, energy and effort in bringing about meaningful results.

This individual must be a freelance practising beauty or complimentary therapist holding a recognised qualification to a level 3 standard or higher.

We’ll be looking for evidence that this inspirational therapist is:

  • An individual who is moved to discover the uniqueness of each and every guest. Running their diary based on who they have in not what they have in
  • An individual that uses their time to deliver the absolute best experience for their guest each and every time
  • An exceptional therapist that knows the end of the treatment is not the end of the connection and shows continual care and follow up past the till register
  • An individual who gives back in the community through volunteering treatments and support
  • Self motivated to learn, grow and develop
  • An individual admired by her clients for always having a big heart, warm hands and open door
  • That evidences her ability to serve for the good of all

Inspirational Consultant

An award for a spa, health and / or wellness consultant that captures the true essence of wellness throughout their conceptualisations, design and strategic delivery.

This award recognises and rewards a consultants individuality and celebrates their ability to bring out the uniqueness of their clients desires, location, proposition and brand needs. All whilst being sensitive to the current and conscientious needs for a more circular economy - encouraging a sustainable approach, that proactively gives back and goes up and beyond for the community in which it is a part.

This individual must be actively consulting and have been in a consulting role for two years or more.

We’ll be looking for evidence that this inspirational consultant has:

  • Initiated or led a design or brand development project that has gone up and beyond to integrate in to the community or to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of substantial lives within the community
  • Has inspired the brand to take a more active lead in conscientious care for people and planet
  • Is dedicated to self development, collaboration and connection for the greater good of all and gives back to industry regularly
  • Has actively worked as a consultant for a minimum of two years or more

Inspirational Charity Contributor

This award is to recognise and reward any individual working within the the spa, health and wellness industries that has actively supported a designated and registered charity over the proceeding year (or more) to help drive awareness of the charities primary function, raise critical funds and enable advancements to the charities performance and / or status.

We’ll be looking for evidence that this individual has:

  • Made a marked and considerable difference to the charities performance and / or output
  • The charity must be one focused on health and wellbeing
  • The charity must be a UK & Ireland registered charity
  • The individual must not hold a designated or paid position on the charity’s leadership or board

Nominations are welcome from industry peers, colleagues and the public for nominees who live and practise within the UK & Ireland.It’s free to nominate someone for an award but each nominee must only be entered in to one specific category.

To nominate simply complete the nomination form via the button below, supplying as much information and supporting evidence as you can on why you believe you or your nominee would be a worthy winner.

The deadline for entry is October 1st 2023. Our dream team of judges will then deliberate before selecting a shortlist for each of the award categories. Finalists will be invited to a Zoom interview before announcing the winners at our Shine Your light Awards afternoon in London on November 8th 2023.

Our ‘Dream Team’ of judges have been hand selected for the light they shine in making our industry the incredible place it is today. Individuals that are passionate and purposeful in their quest to shine a light on the #TrueBeauty of our industry.
